There are many decent and good form makers out there. What separates WPForms from the rest of the herd is that WPForms gives you total integration with the Worpress infrastructure and your themes. It's so easy to implement and use. I receive hundreds of WPForms each day, and I am thrilled with their customer service. It handles daily use very efficiently. What I like best about WPForms is its ease of use and excellent customer support for the higher subscription tiers. Also, I find a lot of value in the Geolocation add-on, as the slight majority of the time it is able to identify where the online form is being submitted from on the city level (or from where the browser's location setting is currently saved as.) The downsides of WPForms are not major detractors. However, they are there. The first one is that the annual subscription price is relatively high, and the base tier is very basic from a more features standpoint. Also, certain WPForms features can break when using a WP Rocket tool or Cloudflare to optimize javascript. Sometimes it is difficult to proceed with the css customization of certain fields. We have to take some time in reading the source code and proceed with various tests to arrive at the desired result.
