I put my first 'novice' form up in less than 15 minutes, which included reading the 'how to' guide. Of the four other form plugins I have tried over the last two years, WPForms is the hands-down stayer. What's best? Since using WPForms on my site interaction statistics have risen by no less than 400% - and still climbing. No joke. And, no, I have no commercial interests in WPForms. We were able to set email notifications for those who needed it to quickly record what they needed. A quick test was all it took before we ultimately bought the pro version to really unlock its potential. **What do you dislike about WPForms?** One issue that I came across was we encountered an error once the image submission field was required, we would no longer receive the emails with the image attached, but we found a workaround. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to recent CDC updates, we have recently begun requiring proof of vaccination status, whether our employees are vaccinated or not. It made the process easy and quick. After user registration, one mail goes to admin with all user details and one goes to user with email confirmation link. My favorite thing about WPForms is that it automatically updates my Audience and Subscribers in my email marketing platform account, Mailchimp. I change which WPForm block I use for different posts, and I like seeing how many people prefer my low-carb recipes versus how many people want to sign up for my budget-friendly recipes and travel/health/beauty articles. I am also using another form to gauge whether or not someone would be interested in a digital product. **What do you dislike about WPForms?** I currently have the Pro license, and I sometimes wish I had more flexibility with my plan- such as being able to use form-abandonment without upgrading my Plan. But I understand that different licenses give you more options, and hopefully, someday, my business can afford the higher cost. **Recommendations to others considering WPForms:** To maximize the growth of your email list, use a WPForm block consistently. Include it in relevant locations in every blog post, be creative about the incentive you are offering to blog/website visitors (such as password-protected Resource Libraries), and use them as separate pages so that you can use social media to direct visitors to that signup form. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had difficulty growing my email list until I upgraded my WordPress website account to a Business Plan and started using the Lite WPForms Plan. Upon further research (and when WPForms was offering their Black Friday deals), I decided to upgrade my account and take advantage of the additional features of the Pro Plan. I started optimizing my blog articles more thoroughly, and one of the items I include in almost all of my blog posts has been WPForms blocks in relevant locations in the blog post. Coupled with some Instagram advertising to boost traffic to the blog posts with a WPForm subscribe option, and I have been able to grow from 4 subscribers to 20 subscribers in 1 year. The most recent 10 subscribers have occurred in the last month due to optimizing my blog posts and diligently using the WPForms block in a blog post or page. I also created a Private Resource Library that requires a password that can only be received if they signup, and that has been a worthwhile incentive to some new subscibers. ### 49.
