As a heavy wowza user I don't have much to complain, our company gets what we pay for, but I would say that the pricing structure could be more accommodating for startups and smaller organizations. As a livestreaming company serving 700 customers, we heavily depends on Wowza Streaming Engine and Wowza CDN to power our operations reliably. The biggest problem Wowza solves for us is providing a stable, scalable, and feature-rich platform that eliminates the need for extensive in-house development. Without Wowza, we’d have to build a custom streaming infrastructure from scratch, which would be costly, time-consuming, and require constant maintenance.
