Workflow management has strong features such as: business process automation, a graphical editor, customizable control panels, third party integrations, etc., that provide optimization to user projects. It allows to manage in an optimal way the workload of the workers, with the purpose of delivering a professional work in the assigned time. Workzone is a well known cloud-based project management solution whose approach is based on document management and collaboration, in terms of its strengths as a software we can say that it has different tools that allow the user to create projects, assign tasks and share files within a cloud-based platform, this helps improve the workflow of request and approval another point that I consider really positive in this software is how it organizes each project so that you can see who is responsible for each project, due date of each project and also makes the outstanding projects that are overdue are very noticeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workzone is an extremely brilliant software however when you go deeper in its functions you can notice that it still has some deficiencies that I hope will improve in the future like for example its interface which is not very fluid and its design is not very eye-catching but nevertheless it fulfills its function, those projects that are delayed by a task are affected as a whole and the independent tasks that were done on time are still affected, Workzone also has a deficiency in advanced accounting or budgeting functions and finally the local implementation is not available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How rapid it is to set up projects and areas for new clients - it feels like you can genuinely "spin up" a new area of your Workzone instance rather than having to set aside significant amounts of time - flexible and efficient. Most of all, I really like that it works on mobile and desktop - I've tracked time when I've been at my desk, and I've reviewed Workzone comments and time tracking when I'm on the move - that's invaluable. I have had the occasional loading bug, and I'd like to be able to "pin" tasks to time tracking pages. Most of all I do experience some issues when it comes to navigation - sometimes clicking on a task takes me to the time tracking page for it rather than the task's location in the project tree - sometimes the reverse, and it is not always clear which one I am going to get. While Workzone offers a robust view of all tasks occurring across the company, it's difficult for individual users to set up a view that works for them based on the limited scope they need. For example, if a designer simply has a weekly task that they need to access for a client, it can feel frustrating to have to dig into the entire client's page and filter down to the project they need to locate. If you need to access past projects that have been marked at complete, it can be nearly impossible to locate them because of the sheer volume of projects at your fingertips.
