Workwell North America Reviews & Provider Details

Workwell North America is a contingent workforce management solution provider that helps organizations engage, manage, and maintain compliance for non-permanent workers, including contractors, temporary staff, and project-based talent, across North America and global markets. Formerly operating as Eastridge Workforce Management, Workwell North America is the North American division of Workwell Group, a human capital management company with over $2 billion in group revenue and operations spanning more than 150 markets. The solutions address common operational challenges associated with running contingent workforce programs: worker misclassification risk, fragmented vendor data, inconsistent onboarding processes, and cross-border compliance complexity. Clients are assigned dedicated program managers who oversee day-to-day program operations and serve as a single point of accountability. Workwell North America's core service areas include: Employer of Record (EOR): Acts as the legal employer for contingent workers, managing payroll, tax filings, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws across U.S., Canadian, and international markets. Managed Service Provider (MSP): Consolidates staffing supplier relationships under a single management layer, standardizing vendor performance measurement, reporting, and spend visibility across the extended workforce. Vendor Management System (VMS) — Talient: A proprietary technology platform that centralizes requisition management, worker onboarding, timesheet tracking, and program analytics. Talient integrates with HRIS and ERP systems including Workday, SAP, and ADP. Independent Contractor (IC) Compliance & Statement of Work (SOW) Management: Provides worker classification assessments, audit-ready documentation, and structured governance for project-based engagements to reduce misclassification exposure. Direct Sourcing: Supports organizations in building and managing their own talent pools, enabling companies to payroll pre-identified candidates directly through Workwell's infrastructure. The services are suited for procurement, HR, and talent acquisition teams that manage contingent workforce programs across multiple states, provinces, or countries. It is particularly relevant for organizations seeking to consolidate previously siloed workforce functions, such as payrolling, supplier management, and compliance tracking, into a unified program. Workwell North America has been recognized by Everest Group as a Major Contender on the Contingent Workforce Management Peak Matrix. The broader Workwell Group supports more than 4,000 customers and manages approximately 50,000 contractors globally.
