Workheld Sense Reviews & Product Details

Workheld Sense is a fully managed, software-only Industrial IoT platform for condition monitoring. It connects machine, process and sensor data to existing IT landscapes and makes it usable for maintenance and operations teams – without hardware lock-in or own infrastructure to run. Condition monitoring: Monitor machines in real time, detect potential problems early and reduce downtime – the first step towards predictive maintenance. Connect your assets: Built on open interfaces and standard industrial protocols such as OPC UA for seamless integration into complex IT/OT environments. Remote access to machines directly from the desktop. Build your own use cases: REST API with IIoT building blocks, a visual and API-accessible query editor, versioning and low-code tools let IT teams and partners build company-specific data apps quickly. Enterprise-ready: Fully managed infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, SSO and high data security, plus technical support with industry know-how. Workheld Sense works together with Workheld Flow (CMMS, field service management and shopfloor AI), so condition data can trigger and inform maintenance work. Developed by Workheld GmbH in Vienna, Austria.
