WolfWyse Reviews & Product Details

Wolfwyse is a cloud-based factory digital twin that manufacturers use to decide where to invest. We build a model of your plant, including lines, tanks, buffers, batch processes and work in progress, with its real capacities, flows, changeovers and crewing. It handles every kind of product and WIP, including liquids, solids, concentrates and products that lose mass through evaporation, across batch, continuous and mixed production flows. We then model production under each proposed change before any capital is committed: adding or widening a line, enlarging a buffer, automating a section, consolidating sites or changing shift patterns. AI-assisted scenario tools work through thousands of options to find the changes that give the most throughput for the least investment, and scenarios are compared side by side on investment cost, payback, throughput, waste and labour. Food, pharmaceutical and other batch and process manufacturers use it in place of the spreadsheets that usually sit behind capital requests.
