woku Reviews & Product Details

woku turns the voice of the customer into actions that protect revenue. It is a voice of the customer (VoC) and customer experience platform built for mid-sized and large companies in Latin America that need to listen to customers at the moments that matter and act before they leave. Short, contextual feedback instead of long surveys Customers rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars and leave a written or voice comment in seconds, with no app to install. Collect feedback over WhatsApp, email, web links, QR codes, in-app and through the API, and run NPS, CSAT and CES surveys, forms and multi-step flows from one place. Place each listening point close to a specific moment of the customer journey: a purchase, a delivery, a store visit or a support interaction. AI that turns opinions into decisions Every response is analyzed with AI. woku classifies feedback by sentiment and by whether it needs action, separates recognitions from improvement opportunities, and builds reports that explain what customers are saying across each touchpoint, store or team. Real-time alerts by email and WhatsApp let the right person know as soon as a customer is unhappy. Close the loop with tickets and action plans Negative feedback from identified customers becomes a support ticket with an AI summary and severity, routed by email or to Zendesk. Recurring issues are grouped into AI-drafted action plans with tasks on a kanban board, backed by real customer comments, so teams can fix root causes instead of single complaints. Data Studio and integrations Data Studio lets anyone ask in plain language and get a live, interactive dashboard of customer feedback, NPS, CSAT and ratings. Customer journeys connect with Shopify, Pancake, Skydropx and Sperant to send the right survey after each order, delivery or visit. Built for teams and AI agents woku offers a public REST API, JavaScript and Python SDKs and an MCP server, so AI agents and internal tools can create surveys, read feedback and trigger actions. The platform is available in Spanish and English and is built in Chile for the Latin American market.
