**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

The most notable feature in WizyChat is that it is an incredibly simple way to build and deploy chatbots without having to be technically proficient. Users consistently praise the fact that it features a no-code visual builder where users can create chatbots and customize them easily through drag-and-drop functionality.

The other important feature in WizyChat is that it can train bots using your own data – such as website content, FAQs or documents – to ensure that their answers are as authentic and pertinent as possible. This can be done alongside its extensive integrations with CRM software, messaging apps and websites to ensure rapid deployment while offering a seamless user experience.

In conclusion, what I believe is the most important thing about WizyChat is the fact that it offers sophisticated AI-powered automation in the form of chatbots without any complications.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

Among the major challenges faced by WizyChat is its inability to deal effectively with sophisticated questions since it usually needs further training before it can provide reliable answers. This implies that although WizyChat performs satisfactorily in providing customer support, its deployment for other purposes may be demanding.

Limited sophistication may also be viewed as one of the major limitations of the product. Customers often complain about inadequate customizability (in case of affordable pricing), absence of sophisticated capabilities (such as sentiment analysis or real-time analytics), as well as a number of features like audio and multimedia capability, among others. There may be some limitations related to integration options and utilization limits that depend on the pricing package chosen.

**What problems is WizyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool addresses the exact operational pain point of having to deal with the influx of user interactions in the first level while not overburdening our support team, especially in onboarding and compliance-related flows. A substantial proportion of repetitive queries are answered almost instantaneously, which frees up support team time and accelerates processing of non-standard requests. In addition, this tool ensures the uniformity of communication, which becomes particularly important in compliance flows since patients always get similar answers to their questions.

The deep integration with LiveChat's powerful customer support features ensures a smooth handoff from chatbot to human agent, resulting in a realistic and effective customer service experience. **What do you like best about WizyChat?**

What's great is that I can train it using my own data (the website, FAQs, etc.). As a result, the chatbot is relevant and accurate when answering customer questions. The interface for configuring it (the builder) is easy to use, and integrating it into the website is incredibly fast. It handles simple questions well, even in multiple languages.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

The frustrating thing is that AI has limitations when it comes to truly complex or unprecedented requests. If it falls outside the scope of what it has learned, it struggles a bit. I would also like the connections with other tools to be more flexible and easier to set up in order to further automate tasks.

**What problems is WizyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WizyChat solves the problem of needing to be available all the time, even when no one is in the office. It allows me to provide immediate answers to recurring questions without having to dedicate someone to it. The major advantage is that it streamlines communication and saves us a tremendous amount of time to manage other, more important tasks.

Some advanced features are still limited or need to be paid for. Moreover, the customization of automatic answers can be more flexible.

WizyChat help me to centralize my communication with clients and visitors online. Thanks to this automatic chat system, it allow me to answer fastly, to meet demands and improve customer satisfaction.

I don't really like the number of notifications, which I find too many. The synchronization of messages is sometimes slow. On mobile, the application could be faster.

WizyChat facilitates communication between teams and greatly prevents the loss of information related to email exchanges. With Wizchat, coordination between colleagues is smoother.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

We have lots of car detailing services available and wizychat is a cloud based plaform that makes simple for us to explain about our services and interact with all of our customers through chats. It also helps in managing our pricing of different products that we need to customise according offers on festivals and holidays. The plaform has fast paced reply option available which helps us in catering our customers according to their need within seconds.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

There are limited options available in wizychat for interagrating it with the payment gateways as it does not have any UPI option which we generally use here in India. Although the payments get completed by net banking and cards with less failure rate but this is one of the essential features for us and even for others companies according to my personal experience.

**What problems is WizyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The free plan of this tool also has free 150 credits for getting a free trail of the software and understand its usability also, although the premium plan is not that costly so wizychat is one best tool for chatting and giving resolution to customers that want to interact with representatives of the business quickly for any issues. It is just that we share our all personal data with softwares so their is chances of data leakage because we use it on our day to day basis.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

I have been using wizychat from more than 2 years now and the most interesting feature of the software which I found after using it on the day to day basis is that it helps our technical team in developing unique and niche chatbots for different segment of customers and the person who creates these chatbots also doesn't need any professional knowledge of coding so the simplicity of this tool helps us in scaling it with our other franchises also that's why it has been a great tool so far.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

To make each and every chatbot work properly wizychat need a proper configuration from there server and for a new user configuring it to the server always becomes a difficult task because sometime the internet connection doesn't work properly or the platform itself might have the server down issue. So, this was something I find they should work on it and improve it.

When working in an organisation it is the crucial part for any business to interact with their customer and know their day to they need with the product or service of the company and after installing wizychat in our organisation, we are able to understand that what our customer exactly want from us by interacting with them regularly and understand their problem related to our business so this have been a great experience and also the automatic support system that has been created in the company for our clients has improved the overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

The dynamic website that earlier we had does not have any chatbot available but after signing up on wizychat which was totally free, we have got an active chatbot for our website and it definitely helped us in promoting our business and increase the reach to a wider range of audience.

The main challange that I face with this tool is it's interface which makes difficult for new users to navigate from one page to another also there is a need of a well developed application so that the we do not face challenge in accessing it again and again with web version and can work on it through our handy mobile devices.

The customer interaction has been far better from before and the online presence of dorto has also increased all because of wizychat. We are able to convert more follow-ups into real sale.

Wizychat is cloud based completely non technical tool that helps us in creating chatbots for our support team with their own data and without any professional coding. There chatbots are simple to create and their user experience is also easy to learn and understand.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

Chatbots created through wizychat are limited in terms of interactions that they do with our customers as they don't have range of chatting features. There is also integration issue with this platform as it can only analyse wordpress and zapier that's why the workflow is limited.

The most interesting part of using wizychat is that now it is powered my gpt4 so the chatting experience that it provides and the responses that it gives to our customers are far better then before. Also it supports more than 90 languages so the reach is much better now for the global audience.

Wizy chat has eradicated the use of our customer support team as it is a quicker and efficient way to answer customer queries. This tool is allow me to set questions and answers and I can easily set my details in this with out support. the Also the price is user friendly and it is a very cheap alternative than other softwares providing this functionality.

The AI could be fed more datasets to make it even smarter.

This software will scan all your webpages, faq's, etc. and come up with solutions for user queries which even a real human can't provide. Combine with that the 95+ languages this supports and this is a game changer.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

Wizichat offers effortless setup and usability. Wizichat  have the ability to  integrate your website data, company documents, and even add your custom Q&A data for training a custom AI model that will be used by the chatbot. All this significantly reduces the need of human intervention for attending your customers services needs.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

I found limitations in configuring advanced chat workflows, for example: be able to scale a chat to a supervisors, based on the chat conversation, or to setup custom menus options for the customer chats. Additionally, i think that will be great to have native integration with IG,FB and WhatsApp, instead of needing to pay additionally for Zappier integration.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

I've been using WizyChat for a few months now, and it's been a real help. It's a platform that lets us create AI-powered chatbots for our website and other channels. I'd say the thing I like most is how user-friendly it is.  Even though I'm not a developer, I can easily train the chatbot with our FAQs and create conversational flows to guide customers. This leads to the feature I use most – the knowledge base integration.
Our customers often ask similar questions. With WizyChat, I input our FAQ document, and the chatbot automatically learns from it. So, when someone types in a question like, 'What are your return policies?', the bot can immediately provide the answer from our knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about WizyChat?**

Everything works awesome without any problem but it out be great if they start charging per messaging cost.

**What problems is WizyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer support team was getting overwhelmed with simple, repetitive questions. WizyChat handles a lot of that initial interaction now, which frees them up to focus on more complex issues.  This has definitely led to faster response times and happier customers. Also,  because the chatbot can capture leads and qualify them, our sales team is getting more pre-warmed prospects sent their way. It's still early, but it looks promising for increasing conversions.

**What do you like best about WizyChat?**

The best thing is its simplicity. I am able to buit the chat bot so easily. After creating and deployed it on our website it feels like I am a developer who does not even knowany programming lanaguage. Its that simple. Just a drag and drop builder to create the chat bot. Now the best part is it use AI to give the answers to the customers querries. No matter which type of query they ask. Now there is no need to hire a dedicated person 24*7 for customer support queries.

Chat bot requires the proper training to works efficiently other wise it would not fork correctly. Thats a time consuming thing. Other than tis I have not see any bug till now.

It helps us to easily manage customers queries releated to sales, support and marketing. It easily give the answers to comman queries asked by the customers. and it use AI and we have traind it so well that it look like a real human is chating with the users.

I love how easy WizyChat is to use. It’s super simple to chat with customers and the setup was a breeze. The features like automated replies and seeing chat stats are really handy. It also fits right into our current system without any issues, which is awesome.

The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes, support can be a bit slow during busy times. But they always help out eventually. It would be nice to have more ways to customize the chat look too.

WizyChat is solving the problem of slow and inefficient customer communication. Before using WizyChat, it was challenging to keep up with all the customer inquiries coming in through different channels. Now, everything is centralized in one place, making it much easier to manage. This has greatly improved our response times, leading to happier customers and better reviews. The automated replies also help in answering common questions quickly, freeing up time for our team to handle more complex issues. Overall, WizyChat has made our customer support process much smoother and more efficient.

I had the option to set up a fundamental chatbot for my site in the blink of an eye, even with next to no coding experience. It's instinctive and easy to use, making it an incredible choice for organizations, everything being equal.

Redoing the chatbot to impeccably match my image voice and handle complex questions can a piece challenge. There's some adaptability, however it requires more investment and exertion than I at first expected.

Easy to set up and train, it has better infomation flow while training the bot. The bot training is supported by the ai assistant.  The dashboard is friendly.
