Wivox Calling Solution Reviews & Product Details

Wivox is a self-hosted business calling platform that gives growing businesses a phone system they own — instead of one they rent per user, per month. One Wivox server unifies everything office telephony needs: - IP PBX built on the proven Asterisk core: IVR builder, call queues with custom music on hold, ring/hunt groups, call recording with browser playback, 3-way and multi-party conferencing, caller ID (CNAM), call forwarding, DND, call waiting, intercom and speed dial. - Mobile softphone apps (iOS and Android): your office extension on any 4G/5G connection, with secure WebRTC audio. - Web admin dashboard: add an extension, build an IVR or play back a recording from any browser; changes go live instantly. - Zero-touch desk phone provisioning: plug in a supported Grandstream IP phone and it configures itself automatically. - GSM/FXO gateway trunking (Dinstar): use your own GSM SIMs and landlines as business lines, so customers keep calling the numbers they already know. Every extension works across desk phone, browser and mobile app at the same time — up to 10 devices per extension, all sharing one identity, caller ID and call history. Because Wivox is self-hosted, your calls, recordings and customer data stay on your server. And because it is licensed per server with unlimited users and extensions, your phone bill does not grow every time your team does. Wivox fits offices replacing ageing EPABX hardware, small and mid-sized businesses that want call-center basics without call-center pricing, premises-led businesses like hotels, clinics and schools — and MSPs or IT service providers who deploy and manage phone systems for clients, with white-label options available. Book a demo to see a complete deployment, from auto-provisioned desk phone to mobile app, in under 30 minutes.
