## Wiv Reviews
  ### 1. Helps take dashboard and metrics and turn them to real action that works really well at scale.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamir S. | Director of FinOps, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

The biggest strength is how Wiv.ai helps customers turn cost recommendations into controlled, automated action. Many tools stop at visibility, but Wiv goes further by making optimization operational and repeatable.
Automation is policy-driven and transparent, which makes it easy for teams to trust. Customers don’t need to rely on constant engineering involvement to act on savings opportunities, and changes are applied in a way that aligns with best practices.
Customization is another standout. Customers can adapt workflows, thresholds, dashboards, and governance rules to their architecture and maturity level. This flexibility makes Wiv suitable for a wide range of environments, from fast-growing teams to large, complex organizations.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

Very little. The platform evolves quickly, which sometimes means i need to keep up with new capabilities, but the documentation and communication from the support team make that transition smooth.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many customers struggle with the gap between cost visibility and real action. Recommendations accumulate, ownership becomes unclear, and optimization work competes with delivery priorities.
Wiv.ai helps close that gap by:
•	Automating recurring optimization and governance tasks
•	Providing clear and reliable spend tracking
•	Making recommendations actionable and easy to prioritize
•	Supporting forecasting and predictable cost planning
•	Reducing friction between finance, engineering, and leadership
As a result, customers spend less time reacting to cost issues and more time making informed, proactive decisions about their cloud environments

  ### 2. Game-Changing Platform for FinOps Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHISHEK P. | Cloud Finops Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

Wiv makes FinOps automation extremely simple and powerful. I really like how intuitive the workflow builder is—within a short time, I was able to automate complex cost optimization use cases that normally take weeks to implement. The integration with AWS and the ability to embed LLM analysis for smarter recommendations sets Wiv apart. It not only gives visibility but also enables actionable automation with customer approvals in the loop, reducing risk

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

So far, nothing major. Since it’s a relatively new platform, I’d love to see more pre-built templates for common FinOps use cases and expanded integrations with other cloud providers.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv is transforming the way organizations approach FinOps automation. The platform makes building and running cost optimization workflows extremely simple, even for complex use cases that traditionally take weeks or months to implement. Its intuitive workflow builder lowers the barrier for adoption, allowing teams across finance, engineering, and operations to collaborate seamlessly.

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thank you for sharing!

  ### 3. Partnering up with Wiv.ai in my company creating new finops recommendations and remediations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilan G. | Cloud FinOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

i really like the design the coloring, i come more from a technical background so i prefer to code, but Wiv.ai provides this feeling of being able to make anything you envision come to life. its easy as that, envision what you wanna do and its easy to implement.
it has a lot of features support many OOTF Steps to make life easier.
I work everyday and very closely to them and their the support is the BEST.
BUT HE BEST THING IS THE MARKETING !! #Justin Beaver <3

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

sometimes it has a few bug in UI here and there, but their support is fast and responsive so they provide quick fixes.
the AI in some steps are lacking, but i notice drastic change over time.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm an Msp so basically using Wiv. provides me the ease of implementing FinOps ideas and workflows very easily. it fast and easy to integrate.
most people would mistake Wiv for a BI tool, and let me tell you what. THEY ARE NOT.
what most BI tools lack is the possibility of remediation and also in my experience using Wiv and BI tools.
The BI always have the same generic recommendations. it impossible to add your ideas.

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thank you for much for sharing !

  ### 4. The first FinOps tool that actually does the work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel M. | Cloud Cost Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

Most tools show you charts and anomalies and call it insight. Wiv takes the next step — it acts. We use it daily to automate cleanup, enforce cost policies, and trigger alerts across AWS and Azure. The automation feels native, not forced, and the flexibility lets us tailor every workflow to how we operate.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

The pace of updates is fast, which is great, but it means we sometimes need to re-train our internal users when new features roll out. Minor trade-off for constant innovation.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend hours digging into cost data and chasing down resource owners. Now, Wiv automatically detects waste, tags ownership, and takes action. It has completely shifted our FinOps from reactive to proactive. The result: fewer surprises, faster decisions, and visible ROI.

  ### 5. Wiv.ai: Affordable FinOps Automation with Considerations for Security, Oversight, and Transparency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dieter M. | Sr. Cloud Governance Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

Wiv.ai delivers excellent value for organizations aiming to get serious about cloud cost management without an engineering-heavy approach. Its no-code interface, real-time dashboards, and pre-built templates make it remarkably easy to monitor, report, and remediate cloud waste. The addition of Wivy, a natural-language FinOps assistant, pushes the platform into a new era of automation, letting users interact with cost optimization capabilities conversationally. While not a full-fledged attack surface management solution, Wiv.ai's visibility tools dovetail nicely with lightweight exposure analysis, especially when used alongside broader security tooling. Overall, it's a smart, affordable choice for entry-level FinOps teams looking to optimize cloud spend and reduce risk, fast.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

Wiv.ai is a smart and affordable FinOps automation tool, but there are several considerations to keep in mind. While it excels in cost optimization, its security-focused capabilities may be less comprehensive, which could limit its effectiveness for organizations with more advanced threat management needs. Managing complex multi-cloud environments might also require supplementary tools to address integration challenges beyond the platform’s core strengths. The introduction of its AI assistant, Wivy, brings significant efficiency gains, but also underscores the importance of transparency around data handling practices and awareness of potential AI-specific risks. Furthermore, while automation is a valuable asset, it should complement rather than replace human oversight, particularly when decisions require nuanced judgment in security or cost management. Lastly, the platform would benefit from a broader base of independent reviews and user feedback to provide a more complete understanding of its performance in diverse real-world scenarios.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv.ai delivers exceptional value for organizations seeking to strengthen their cloud cost management capabilities without the need for extensive engineering resources. Its intuitive no-code interface, real-time dashboards, and pre-built templates streamline the process of monitoring, reporting, and remediating cloud waste, enabling teams to act quickly and efficiently.

The introduction of Wivy, Wiv.ai’s natural-language FinOps assistant, marks a significant step forward in automation. By allowing users to interact with cost optimization functions conversationally, Wivy simplifies complex workflows and makes advanced capabilities more accessible to a broader range of stakeholders.

Although Wiv.ai is not a comprehensive attack surface management solution, its visibility features integrate well with lightweight exposure analysis, particularly when paired with dedicated security tools. This combination provides added value for organizations aiming to enhance both cost efficiency and basic security awareness.

Overall, Wiv.ai stands out as a smart and affordable option for entry-level FinOps teams, offering a practical balance of functionality, usability, and cost-effectiveness for those looking to optimize cloud spend and reduce operational risk.

  ### 6. Developer-Friendly Automation, Deeper Advanced Workflows for your FinOps Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naval K. | Cloud Governance Manager, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

What I like best about Wiv is its developer-first approach to automation and integration. The platform simplifies complex workflows, making it incredibly easy to build, deploy, and manage scalable solutions. Its low-code capabilities and robust API support significantly reduce development time, allowing teams to focus more on innovation and less on infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

While Wiv excels in automation and ease of development, one area that could be improved is the depth of documentation for advanced use cases. At times, integrating custom workflows or troubleshooting edge scenarios requires more trial and error than expected. Enhanced technical guides or community-driven examples would make the developer experience even smoother.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv is solving critical challenges for us in FinOps by automating cloud cost tracking, anomaly detection, and budget enforcement across multi-cloud environments. Its governance workflows streamline policy compliance, making it easier to implement guardrails without slowing down development. For me as a governance manager, this means less manual intervention, faster resolution of cost-related issues, and more confidence in maintaining financial accountability across teams.

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're excited to hear that Wiv’s automation and developer-first features are helping you scale FinOps with less friction and more focus on innovation.

We’re actively working on expanding advanced guides and sharing more community-driven examples to support power users like you.

Appreciate you being a part of the Wiv journey.

  ### 7. Powerful FinOps automation that delivers real cost savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

Wiv's no-code workflow builder lets me create custom automation for cost optimization and governance enforcement without writing scripts or Lambda functions. The remediation workflows are particularly powerful - instead of just identifying cost-saving opportunities in a dashboard, Wiv actually automates the implementation. I can set up workflows that automatically right-size resources, remove unused assets, or enforce tagging policies based on our specific business logic and approval processes. The workflow customization is what sets it apart. Every company has different requirements, and Wiv lets me tailor workflows to match our exact needs - whether that's routing approvals to specific teams, implementing multi-step remediation processes, or integrating with our existing ticketing systems. The platform aggregates recommendations from multiple sources and lets me filter out what's not relevant, then automate the actions that matter. What's made the biggest impact is turning cost optimization from a periodic manual effort into a continuous automated process. Workflows run automatically, catch issues before they become expensive problems, and enforce our governance policies consistently across all accounts.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

The learning curve for building complex workflows can be steep initially. While the no-code builder is powerful, understanding how to structure multi-step workflows with conditional logic and proper error handling takes time. More examples and templates for common use cases would help accelerate onboarding.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv solves the challenge of managing cloud costs at scale across multiple AWS accounts. With more than 100 developers deploying across shared environments, our AWS spend was growing faster than our ability to track and optimize it. Manual cost reviews were too slow and one-time optimization projects didn't stick - savings would disappear within weeks as new resources were deployed.

  ### 8. Visual and Actionable BI Tool Backed by Supportive Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa G.

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

I truly appreciate WIV’s clear and well-structured dashboards, as well as its ability to integrate data from multiple sources, which makes visualization and analysis remarkably straightforward. The user interface is intuitive and thoughtfully designed, allowing both technical and non-technical users to navigate effortlessly. The team’s responsiveness and collaborative spirit stand out, particularly in how they continuously improve automation and enhance the overall user experience. I also value the platform’s cost-effectiveness and logical usability, which make it an excellent tool for transferring customizations and delivering FinOps insights efficiently. Beyond the product itself, the support team behind WIV plays a major role in its success. Their proactive and solution-oriented approach has had a real impact on the way we manage our cloud analytics and financial optimization projects.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Maybe just that when you work with very large data sets, dashboards can take a little longer to load. And I think having a few more customization options for reports would make it even better. Other than that, it’s been a really solid experience overall.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wiv to integrate multiple data sources for easy visualization, enhance client independence in cost optimization, and streamline finance insights into visual, actionable reports accessible to all team members.

  ### 9. Transformed FinOps automation with Wiv’s flexibility and intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

Wiv bridges the gap between cloud cost data and business logic better than any other platform I’ve used. It’s incredibly flexible — allowing custom workflows, BigQuery integrations, and Python logic in one no-code/low-code environment.
We’ve automated multi-cloud FinOps workflows end-to-end (tagging, rightsizing, Jira ticketing, and reporting) using Wiv, saving hundreds of engineering hours and surfacing millions in optimization opportunities. The ability to inject custom datasets, enrich metadata dynamically, and share results across teams has completely changed how we operate FinOps at scale.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

Because Wiv is so powerful, the learning curve can be steep for first-time users — especially when designing complex data flows or debugging multi-step automations. Some UI components still feel early-stage compared to the platform’s underlying capabilities. That said, the support team is highly responsive and actively implements customer feedback, so these issues tend to get resolved quickly.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv automates our FinOps workflows across AWS and GCP — from data enrichment to Jira ticketing — eliminating manual reviews and accelerating cost optimization. It’s helped us identify and act on savings opportunities faster while reducing engineering effort by over 70%.

  ### 10. Great product, but the real difference is the people behind it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David (Dudi) A. | FinOps Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

The best thing about Wiv is the level of customer obsession. The product is great, but the team behind it makes the real impact — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra. I use Wiv almost every day, and it’s become an essential part of how we manage our FinOps processes.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

Nothing major, just the usual small product updates and improvements you expect from a growing platform. The pace at which they listen and fix things makes up for it.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv automates our cloud cost management and FinOps workflows, saving us time and reducing errors. Using it almost every day makes managing our cloud spend much easier and more efficient

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thank you for sharing!

  ### 11. Automation Workflows Streamlined Our FinOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** עדי . | Cloud Finops Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

I love how Wiv helps automate a large part of our FinOps work, making it easier to identify cost anomalies and track unused resources. The guidance provided was very clear and hands-on, simplifying setup. I find the automation workflows and centralized visibility across multiple cloud accounts and vendors incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

I don't like the limited flexibility in changing or customizing dashboards.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wiv to automate finops tasks, identifying cost anomalies, and optimizing resource use, significantly reducing manual effort.

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thanks so much for the great feedback. We’re glad Wiv’s automation and multi-cloud visibility are making your FinOps work easier and more impactful.

We hear you on dashboard flexibility, it’s on our roadmap, and we’re working to give users more control there.

Appreciate you being part of the Wiv community.

  ### 12. Empowers FinOps Teams to Act, with a Manageable Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Wiv?**

While there are numerous FinOps tools available that help with business intelligence and provide visibility into hosting expenses, only with Wiv were we able to actually take action. With just a few clicks, you can set up complete workflows that identify any engineering waste and enable you to address it directly. We rely on Wiv to ensure we stay within our budget and to present various cost-saving initiatives to management. We use it on a daily basis and I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Wiv?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to, but with the support of their AI assistance, onboarding becomes fairly quick. It’s important to have someone with FinOps expertise in your company who can interpret the data and turn it into real savings without impacting velocity. However, even if you don’t have that proficiency, the ROI with Wiv is still significant, as some of the "out-of-the-box" saving workflows can help you achieve savings even without FinOps knowledge.

**What problems is Wiv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiv is a platform designed for personalized FinOps automation, allowing users to set governance policies, detect cost anomalies, and implement automatic savings strategies. The main goal of the platform is to enhance efficiency within cloud environments to prevent engineering waste. In addition to achieving significant cost savings and reductions in our cloud environment, we now have complete visibility, control, and monitoring over our cloud infrastructure. This enables us to quickly spot anomalies, eliminate unused resources, and ensure our entire environment remains monitored, clean, efficient, and optimized.

**Official Response from Ilanit Tseyrefman Parnas:**

> Thank you for the fantastic review. We’re glad Wiv is helping your team take real action—not just analyze charts—and drive both savings and control across your cloud environment.

You nailed it: having FinOps knowledge helps, but we’re always improving our AI assistant and pre-built workflows to make value accessible for all teams.

We appreciate you making Wiv part of your daily workflow and sharing your experience with others.
