It gives clear real time visibility of stock, reduces errors, and makes daily warehouse operations much smoother. **What do you dislike about WITS Warehouse Solutions?** The thing i dont like about WITS Warehouse Solutions is that initially getting everything set up and customized to our exact processes took longer than I expected. The core system is solid, but tailoring it to the way we work required a bit more time and coordination than I’d hoped. Also, some advanced features feel like they could be more intuitive. They work well once you understand them, but the learning curve for those specific tools was steeper than the rest of the system. **What problems is WITS Warehouse Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** WITS Warehouse Solutions solves the problem of not knowing exactly what is happening with stock and orders at any given moment. Before we started using it, we often had discrepancies between what was recorded on paper and what was actually in the warehouse, which led to mistakes, delays, and frustrated customers. WITS gives accurate real time visibility, so we always know where items are, what has been picked, and what needs attention. It also replaces a lot of manual tracking and spreadsheets with an organised system. That has saved time and reduced errors, letting the team focus on getting work done instead of fixing avoidable mistakes. Another benefit has been smoother communication between departments.
