The signals we get from WhiteWhale are nothing like what we've been accustomed to paying. I had settled for terrible signals from my CRM provider, but after a couple of months of using WhiteWhale, I have seen a higher engagement and conversion rate in my pipeline! I used to hate that I had to find the contact information of the companies I got signals from, however, in their latest released they included smart contacts which is intended to help with this. I use WhiteWhale to find leads who have shown actual interest in something we provide, instead of building a generic list. It gives us a simple list every day of people we can reach out to, so we don’t have to prospect manually every day. I love the founders and their customer service. They’re easygoing, quick to respond, and focused on listening to customers. The interface is easy to work with, and the integrations are really great. It’s easy to connect through an API, webhook, or MCP and send campaigns automatically to Instantly, our Claude Code, or other sequencing services. I also use it with Instantly, Heyreach, and Slack. I can plug in my ICP, set the criteria I want to search, and it gives me all the info I need. before any customer meeting, I'll log on to Birddog and see what's new and updated. I come to each meeting informed and ready to go. I also really like the ability to ask questions and get direct replies, way better than any generic GPT tool or just doing google searches myself. Don't even get me started on LI sales nav lol, nothing is relevant there and I got our company to stop spending $ on sales nav and invest in Bird Dog.
