It is not a resource-intensive application, it reports timely to our centralized console, and does a great job of keeping us secure. Reporting and organization are made easy via policies in the central management site. **What do you dislike about Webroot Business Endpoint Protection?** To date, we haven't had many infections, which have not allowed us to see the actual response of the software. However, this may not be a negative at all as the software is just doing its job. At this time, our only real gripe is the renaming of Windows hosts. The renames don't appear to make it to the centralized management site. It's an AV and it does fine at AV things. We have an issue where PCs may get the application enrolled twice, but only 1 install. Despite this, protection continues on the endpoint, however. If Webroot could provide domain names that could be whitelisted, that would greatly help. There is a great investment in time and attention there and many of the other products targeted at that industry play nicely with this product. As far as traditional AV goes, this product is a-ok, does what it ought to and after many years of a somewhat clunky management page, they have refreshed and things are trending in the right direction there. **What do you dislike about Webroot Business Endpoint Protection?** My main issues with Webroot specifically are largely rooted in the frustration of traditional AV in general, so I will focus only on those things that pertain to Webroot, but it should be noted here that they will need to make strides of relevence in other ways beyond the DNS and Security Training add-ons they've added in recent years to keep the AV product worthwhile. Policies are nice, but these could use an overhaul in how they are laid out/how you edit them. MANY features to turn on and off and with little to no guidance on best practices or how to find the features you are looking for.
