**What do you like best about Web Control?**

Certified by multiple manufacturers, WebControl helped us fill the role of an "approved" CRM system without breaking the bank. Their sales process and automation tools were very handy as well.

**What do you dislike about Web Control?**

WebControl is what I would call a no-frills CRM. Their interface hasn't been updated in years, and it shows. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is not the most intuitive software that I have ever used.

**Recommendations to others considering Web Control:**

It takes a little longer to set up, but once you get all of the templates and processes in place, it does a great job of keeping tabs on everyone.

**What problems is Web Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two of our seven manufacturers did not list our primary DMS & CRM system as a certified vendor. WebControl was on their list and was able to be integrated with our main systems! This allowed us to pass muster without breaking the bank!
