WealthLens is an AI-driven mortgage advisory platform that generates client strategies from a property address in about one minute. The platform operates across devices, allowing advisors to create and present loan strategies on smartphones or tablets. WealthLens offers five loan strategy types and 22 analysis modules for financial comparisons. The Strategy Architect feature uses AI to draft client-ready plans during conversations. WealthLens displays purchase, refinance, cash-out, DSCR, and fix-and-flip options side-by-side on one screen. Clients can visualize costs, buydown calculations, and timing impacts through these comparative views. The platform includes tools for scenario comparisons, appreciation recovery analysis, and loan program evaluation. Refinance features include rate-finding tools and debt consolidation comparisons.
