Their working approach gave our team clarity during meetings and discussions, helping the designs to have few mistakes when delivered. They communicate efficiently throughout our engagement and it helps save us a lot of time! What problems is WDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

WDI helped us revamp the entire mobile UI/UX of our property venture app portal. Initially, we had a couple of meetings, during which my team showed WDI our current design assets. Then, they created some mobile design mock-ups based on what we wanted and focused on the platform's ease of use. Throughout the project, we went back and forth with WDI team to discuss things we wanted to change. WDI gave us different variations and versions of the designs and let us pick between them. What problems is WDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

This was a major project.

We are an online dating service, where service can be accessed via website and app. Our systems are delibertely more complex, as we focus on quality of membership and not mere quanitity. As such the coding is extremely complicated to not least enable as genuine membership as possible. From screening to automated reviews, complex rules between types of members etc.

Our previous IT team had just finished the very comprehensive and complex task to replace legacy of website with the language of new app. The new IT team was responsible for building a completely new app in flutter, while importantly facilitating a seamless interface with all serverside setup and technology as well as the website and website users.

Key deliverables included:

Complete rebuild of existing app with Flutter

New onboarding process and experience

Seamless integration with serverside, back-end and admin, as well as website service

Updated design

Their communication, the amount of resources they were able to put onto issues, their 'can do' attitude to almost all issues which arose, their ability to call in more senior and highly experienced consultants to navigate through difficult terrain. The project entailed progressing the development of a custom inventory management system from MVP stage to production stage. The product was required to operate on web and natively on Android only. Key deliverables included:

The ability for the application to work offline and queue transactions for sync.

The ability for an admin to create and set custom roles and permissions for users.

SAML interface with Google for session authentication and log in.

Intuitive interface with two language options.

The work was about creating an app prototype from scratch in 4-5 weeks. We had two workshops sessions and then weekly calls, interacting via Figma as well and adding our comments and reviews. The WDI guys have fully understood our needs and asked us to lay out every single functionality we were wondering to have. In our weekly sessions we would review how many tasks/functionalities had been covered or were missing. We have also asked them to come up with some innovative design and an overall concept about starting at the high level/simple information, with then the possibility to start drilling down more and more to see very detailed info. After my confirmation, WDI began the development of the website. With just a few weeks WDI developed the website and made it live. My team is highly satisfied with the design and performance. They’re currently fixing bugs caused by another developer who has worked on the app. They’re also adding new features and conducting maintenance.
