Nothing i dislike about the firewalls and products they offered, we had a rough start with wifi 6 ap on initial deployment but was resolved after being escalated to an engineer on the team who scoped out proper settings to configure. Backwards compatibility that exists in things like WSM, i.e things like MD5 still existing as an option in the latest software, elements that are no longer secure still being permitted. Alot of users dislike the look of WSM it shows its age... We have been using WatchGuard firewalls for many years across the different models released to keep up with higher bandwidth needs and evolving threats to our networks. It is hard to think of anything we don't particularly like about the Watchguard firewall, wireless or 2FA / MFA Solutions (Authpoint) as both product and customer service (support in partucular in rare cases needed have been spot on. We use WatchGuard to secure the office and data centre perimeter traditionally to block external sites trying to connect maliciously and other risks. HTTPS and real time AV scanning help. Lately we are also using TDR (Threat Detection and Response) to correlate issues. WatchGuard solutions pay for themselves many times over in keeping your IT safe and reducing risks of many of the bad things that happen on the Internet these days. Rollbacks aren't uncommon and the need to update a recently updated system can produce issues but I have yet to encounter one that brings everything to a halt.
