The first contact was with some one in Spain who provided a very limited time window to communicate. When we finally got someone here everything worked fine. Every once and a while, while accessing our Office PC's remotely, the WatchGuard screen prevents a full pass and will freeze the remote login. In most cases, simply closing the remote session and restarting will fix the issue but there has been times where a full PC Reboot is required. I don't like to use only one option to search for data in the realtime log, there has to be a way like when one is using watchguard dimension, you can use more than one filter.
