WasteMapper Reviews & Product Details

WasteMapper is a construction waste compliance platform built for UK contractors, principal contractors, and site managers who need to stay ahead of the Digital Waste Tracking mandate (mandatory from October 2026 under the Environment Act 2021) and BREEAM Wst01 requirements. Instead of paper logs, shared spreadsheets, or chasing skips drivers for paperwork, WasteMapper gives every person on site a phone-based QR scan workflow that logs a waste movement in under 60 seconds - waste type, weight, EWC code, carrier, and destination. Every carrier is verified live against the Environment Agency register at the point of logging, so duty of care is covered automatically. For project managers and sustainability leads, WasteMapper compiles the full BREEAM Wst01 evidence pack in one click - movement register, diversion rate calculation, carrier verification log, and a formatted PDF ready for the assessor. No chasing documents at the end of the job. For commercial teams, the platform tracks disposal costs and landfill tax exposure per project in real time, so waste doesn't stay invisible on the P&L until the invoice arrives. Key capabilities: QR scan waste logging from any site phone - no app download required Live EA carrier licence verification on every movement Automatic BREEAM Wst01 evidence pack generation Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) creation and storage Monthly ESG and waste performance reports Multi-site dashboard for programme-level visibility WasteMapper is built by NGA Dynamics Ltd, Hull, and is designed specifically for the UK construction industry.
