"Warmforge Makes Warming-Up Mailboxes And Keeping Them Healthy Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Warmforge takes the guesswork out of preparing mailboxes for cold outreach. Once our mailboxes were connected, the warm-up started running on its own, with no daily babysitting. The activity looks natural: volume ramps up gradually, with realistic sends, opens and replies. The Heat Score is the feature I rely on most. Instead of guessing whether a new mailbox is safe to use, I get a clear readiness signal for each one and only add it to campaigns once it’s in good shape. Inbox placement tests complement this well: before launching a campaign we can check whether we land in Primary, Promotions or Spam. Because we use Salesforge, Warmforge came included and connected natively, so there was nothing extra to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

I'm very satisfied and didn't see any flaws. I was surprised with how fast the setup is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Email Warm-Up and Mailbox Health Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

What I like most about Warmforge is how convenient it makes the email warm-up process. We use it alongside Primeforge to prepare our mailboxes for cold outreach campaigns, and it's helpful to have an automated warm-up process instead of managing everything manually.

I also like being able to monitor mailbox warm-up progress and health scores, which helps us assess when inboxes may be ready for outreach. Overall, it's a useful tool for managing multiple outbound inboxes and keeping the warm-up process organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

One area that could be improved is providing more detailed insights into mailbox warm-up performance. While the health scores are useful, it would be helpful to have clearer explanations of what affects those scores and more specific recommendations on when an inbox is ready for outreach.

Having more detailed reporting and guidance would make it easier to manage multiple mailboxes and plan campaigns more confidently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email Warming Simplified, with One-Click Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

I use Warmforge to warm up my domains and mailboxes, and I find it very useful. The warming is largely automated, so I have almost nothing to do, and the import as well as the setup are very easy, almost one-click. I love its ease of use and the clarity of the information: I know where my mailboxes stand and how warmed up they are. It's intuitive and clear. It also works very well with the Salesforge suite, and the integrations between the different products are easy and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

I don't see what additional features I would need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Warmforge Makes Email Warm-Up and Deliverability Management Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

What I like most about Warmforge is how easy it makes email warm-up and deliverability management. It takes a lot of the manual work out of the process, while giving useful visibility into mailbox health and deliverability performance. The automation is reliable, and the interface is simple enough to get campaigns set up and running without a lot of hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

A fair downside is that the platform can feel a little limited once you’re managing a larger number of inboxes or need more advanced customization. I’d also like to see more detailed reporting and insights around deliverability, so it’s easier to understand exactly what’s affecting performance and what actions to take. "Set-and-forget warmup that keeps cold mailboxes out of spam"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Setup takes minutes. I connect the mailboxes, turn warmup on and it ramps volume gradually without me babysitting it. The deliverability view makes it easy to spot a mailbox that's slipping before it hurts a campaign, and it fits naturally with Mailforge and Salesforge, so the whole outbound stack lives in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

When a mailbox score drops, I'd like a clearer explanation of why and what to fix. Reporting could go a bit deeper for people running many domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inbox Placement Testing and Mailbox Health Checks That Keep Us on Track"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

The inbox placement test is one of the most useful parts of Warmforge for me. I can check where our emails are landing before starting a campaign, which gives me a better idea of how the mailboxes are performing. I also use the warmup and mailbox health checks to keep an eye on our sending accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

The reporting could be a little more detailed when I'm checking several mailboxes at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Steadier Inbox Placement with Warmforge’s Deliverability Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

I've been using Warmforge for about 4 to 5 months now.

Deliverability was the part I kept underestimating. I'd set up new mailboxes, start sending, and my open rates would drop because a lot of it was going to spam. Before this I used the warmup bundled into other tools, but I could never tell if it was doing anything.

What I like about Warmforge is that I can actually see where my emails are landing across different providers, so I know whether a domain is ready before I put real volume through it. Setup took a few minutes and after that it mostly runs on its own. Since using it, my inbox placement has been a lot steadier and I'm not seeing the sudden drops I used to get with new domains.

On the downside, nothing major. It takes patience, warmup isn't instant. I'd also like a bit more depth in the reporting. Small things, not dealbreakers.

Pricing has been fair, especially compared to paying for warmup as an add-on elsewhere, and it scales fine as I add mailboxes.

Overall, if you're doing cold email seriously and care about reaching the inbox, it's been a solid, low-maintenance part of my setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

No major issues as of now. The warm-up and inbox placement is mostly accurate and give me correct results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Deliverability Tool: Warmup, Health Checks, and Placement Tests"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

I like that Warmforge is more than just a warmup tool. I can warm up my mailboxes, check their health, and run placement tests to see where my emails are landing. The Heat Score is also useful for keeping track of each mailbox, and I like that the warmup can stay on while we're running campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

The setup is easy, but it takes a little time to understand all the deliverability checks and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Warm-up that just works, genuinely brilliant"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Warmforge is brilliant. New mailboxes warm up on their own and the heat score shows clearly when a mailbox is ready. During the free trial we were already sending real emails from warmed-up mailboxes and could see them landing in inboxes, so we trusted it from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

Warm-up takes time by nature, so a brand-new mailbox needs a couple of weeks before real volume. That is expected, but plan for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
