Good to go software for well-established companies which are having so many older systems. **What do you dislike about Waratek?** It doest not work with other programming language. Limited to Java applications only. **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** It works well with our Java legacy systems and securing applications from various vulnerabilities and threats. ### 2. The ease of configuration and graphical user interface make it an ideal choice for protecting applications. Patching without code changes, reboots, or deployments has been a great way to reduce downtime, respond quickly to new threats, and comply with various regulations. **What do you dislike about Waratek?** There is still not something or a problem that I get to dislike about Waratek **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** extends the useful life of software and broad protection for applications ### 3. User support is great. **What do you dislike about Waratek?** Luckily, I have not determined any downsides to Waratek. **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Waratek helps solve security issues in unsupported products. This helps us decrease our need to upgrade systems when inconvenient/not possible. ### 4. It's very simple to implement, with great product documentation and a fantastic Waratek team supporting us through the process. The functional configuration is also very simple, giving us instant protection from known vulnerabilities, and the confidence that we could quickly secure from any new, zero-day threats. **What do you dislike about Waratek?** We have not found any downside yet, other than the extra software to deploy and manage. Testing has shown no performance or application impact. **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Securing against the exploit of known middleware vulnerabilities that cannot be patched. This has allowed us to invest in our workload migration strategy, rather than wasting resources on an upgrade. ### 6. In our scenario, we didn't have access to Oracle CPU patches and were using Waratek Secure to close that gap. **What do you dislike about Waratek?** Version update not very easy - nowadays, I would expect the management console to automatically load new rulesets from vendor servers (either automatically or at least on demand), showing the differences and letting the administrator select which ones to apply. Also, with the current pricing model (changed 2020 or 2021, if I remember correctly), the comparison between using original upgrades and Waratek became much more close. **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we didn'T have access to Oracle CPUs anymore, our software was exposed to security issues discovered and patched after our support ended. Applying Waratek Secure made sure these security issues were addressed. ### 7. Add to this a friendly and patient team and fast deployment of solutions for new threats and you've got a recipe for yet another happy customer :). **What do you dislike about Waratek?** I don't really have anything I dislike. Maybe a more focused vision for the small players, although there's honestly nothing to stop a small business use the platform. **What problems is Waratek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Protecting cloud servers running Java code against known or zero-day threats. ### 8.
