Walnut Coach Reviews & Product Details

Walnut Coach pairs managers and leaders with ICF-credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC and MCC) and a measurable growth system. Every coachee starts with a story-based personality profile (OCEAN, DISC, Enneagram), so the coach begins with insight. Short scenario assessments before sessions track 137 leadership skills across six core principles, and coachees earn XP and badges as they progress. Between sessions there are assignments and reflections in the app. HR sees enrolment, sessions and skill progress in one dashboard. Walnut runs matching, scheduling, invoicing and payments, so coaches can focus on coaching.
