The backup feature encountered some errors initially. The ability to deploy firewalls in environments and the stateful firewall protection are truly impressive. **What do you dislike about vSRX?** It has a learning curve that requires time and effort to fully understand and make use of all the products features. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** vSRX is safeguarding our network against cyber threats by providing firewall protction. It has reduced hardware costs and simplified the network management processes. It is allowing us to concentrate on our goals. ### 2. It works similar to on premises firewall but in virutualized environment with great features . **What do you dislike about vSRX?** This product is good for small and medium scaled companies for integration but for big enterprise there is a room improvement in API integrations, Automation, implementation etc. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** vSRX improves overall security posture with next generation ip blocking , ddos , Intrusion prevention system which make this a wonderful product. ### 3. The smooth data encryption feature ensures that data is secure and always protected. Also, multi-factor authentication ensures data is in safe hands. **What do you dislike about vSRX?** API integration took a while, and this can be improved upon. The backup feature returned errors sometimes. However, it got resolved later. Would be glad if the product team takes a shorter turnaround time. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me secure essential business data and protect it against unwanted outside intrusions. I can rely on these tools for my database management requirements. Especially happy with the deduplication feature, and I can deploy resources within the company on other vital aspects. ### 4. We were delighted with the product itself. **What do you dislike about vSRX?** We found that service was pretty lacking when something inevitably went wrong with one of the devices. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was the Firewall Software of choice at a previous company I worked for. After much consideration I believe the company went with Juniper's product due to their expertise in the area. ### 5. Ability to run on top of various hypervisors and public cloud infrastructures. **Recommendations to others considering vSRX:** There is a lot to learn from using it which is very much needed at the present time. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It seems that most of the problems were the device from management and not from support. We would spend a lot of time with support trying to solve the issue. ### 6. Have experienced to work in both mode gui and cli. Easy to configure. I compare that its a good product from all vendors. **What do you dislike about vSRX?** Sometimes forget the command line. Otherwise everything ok from my side. I got everything is working fine as well. It could be a better more user-friendly web mode. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved juniper srx lots of issues. For small companies might be expensive. They also offer excellent logging and monitoring features. **What do you dislike about vSRX?** It would be nicer if there were cheaper consumer grade devices (like an SRX light or something). **Recommendations to others considering vSRX:** If you want a cost effective security solution in a small package, SRX is the way to go. **What problems is vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to implement security solutions at a faster pace than other vendor firewalls. Also for commercial grade devices they are reasonably priced. ### 12.
