"Effortless Setup, Client-Friendly Reports"
4/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

I appreciate vPenTest for its ease of setup, which significantly simplifies the deployment process for different clients. This allows for a seamless onboarding experience and reduces time spent on technical configurations. The clean and well-organized reports are another standout feature, providing a clear summary for clients while also offering detailed technical insights when needed. This dual reporting structure is invaluable for communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Overall, these features make vPenTest a reliable and efficient tool for prospecting new clients and providing a solid security baseline for current clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

I find the terminology used in vPenTest sometimes confusing, especially for clients who are not well-versed in technical language. Additionally, some of the findings need to be clarified by myself, which adds an extra layer of explanation that could be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical Automated Pen Testing with Clear, Actionable Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

What I like best about Vonahi Security vPenTest is how it automates penetration testing in a way that is practical for MSPs and internal IT teams. The reporting is professional, easy to understand, and provides actionable findings without requiring a full manual pentest engagement every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

Some advanced environments still benefit from a traditional manual penetration test, so automated testing does have limitations in highly customized or complex networks. There can also be a learning curve when interpreting certain technical findings for less experienced staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Penetration Testing, Though Support Can Be Hard to Reach"
4.5/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

What I like best about vPenTest is that not only has it eliminated the manual section of penetration testing, but it has also isolated the test type which makes the use of it much easier to work with. I use it all of the time while I'm testing new products or updating and maintaining current and existing products. Their customer support is relatively challenging to get ahold of, however once you do get ahold of them, they will assist you with whatever it is that you need help with. I believe for a tester, vPenTest is very much easy to implement and integrate as opposed to other SaaS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

I genuinely have not found any problems with vPenTest thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation That Saves Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

The automation of vPentest is great, and the price when compared to a human led test is magnificent. It can be done at the fraction of the price and once the client is convinced of its recognition, they will never argue against. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

Sometimes the reports are a bit robotic. They tend to be the same from one test to the next, even if different vulnerabilities are discovered. I think yhe human review needs to be carried out more rigorously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automated Pen Testing with Clear Guidance, Though Less Depth Than Human Testers"
3.5/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

What I like best about vPenTest is its ability to automate external and internal penetration testing, providing actionable security findings without requiring deep in-house cybersecurity expertise. It delivers clear, prioritized remediation guidance and continuous testing, making vulnerability management more efficient and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

One drawback of vPenTest is that, as an automated penetration testing platform, it may not uncover the same depth of complex business logic vulnerabilities or creative attack paths that an experienced human penetration tester can identify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical and scalable automated pentesting solution for MSPs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about vPenTest?

What I like best about vPenTest is how easy and fast it is to deploy penetration tests across multiple clients. As an MSP, scalability is critical, and vPenTest allows us to schedule recurring tests (monthly or quarterly) with just a few clicks. The reports are detailed yet easy for clients to understand, and the white-labeling option lets us present them under our own brand. It gives us the ability to deliver continuous security value at a fraction of the cost of traditional pentesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vPenTest?

What I dislike is that vPenTest is still a fully automated solution. While it’s excellent for routine testing and catching common misconfigurations, it doesn’t fully replace the creativity of a human pentester. For more complex or high-risk environments, we still need to complement it with manual testing. I would also like to see more flexibility in customizing tests and reports, and stronger validation to reduce repetitive findings or false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
