Difficult to complain about this solution as it is quite mature now and adds new features all the time. If I were to find something, it would be the ability to cap a clients IP usage, as I prefer to not to hit them with surprises, and secondly the scheduler only allows 12 months infront, it would be nice to be able to set and forget. The least helpful aspects of vPenTest tend to show up at the edges of what automation can realistically cover. I find the deployment process for vPenTest cumbersome, especially for multi-site clients with multiple Local Area Networks (LANs). This complexity can be a significant hurdle, as it involves managing numerous networks across various locations. Although it’s recognized as part of the product's nature and the environment in which it operates, this aspect could benefit from improvement. Specifically, having a method to swiftly deploy virtual machines (VMs) to each site could alleviate the challenges associated with setting up dedicated servers on hosts, streamlining the deployment process and minimizing the workload.
