I appreciated the product's ease of integration, which suggests that incorporating it into existing systems was streamlined and efficient. Additionally, the user interface was very user-friendly, making the experience of navigating the software intuitive and accessible even to those who may not be as technically inclined. Despite the fact that our clients needed more robust reporting capabilities, these aspects of the product stood out as particularly effective and well-executed. **What do you dislike about vPenTest?** I found the setup process to be moderately challenging, rating it a six out of ten. Despite the product being well-built, it did not integrate well with our existing technology stack, and our clients required more robust reporting than the product offered. The scanner doesn't seem particularly advanced or in-depth. Reporting is cake (though it takes a few days to compile). It seems to have quite a bit of promise as a platform. They were extremely helpful in assisting us ( DO NOT GO THROUGH KASEYA for assistance...goto vPenTest directly for any issues or assistance. I would strongly recommend you set up your trial/assistance through vPenTest directly. The support we recieved rivaled anything. That cannot be understated. If we test the product again (which is likely), we've been assured that they'd be happy to assist in troubleshooting all issues. **What do you dislike about vPenTest?** The trial is much too limited to really test a lot. We weren't able to do the scripted walkthrough. We had a number of failures to properly update/contact the test nodes we setup. The executive report doesn't detail even basics about number of test run. The confidence from a sucessful test leaves a lot to be desired. EG. Just says it passed and no Vulnerabilities found. It should say something like, "ran X number of port scans, y number of vulnerability probes against x number of endpoints. No vulnerabilities found. " The amazing support mitigated the issues dealing with vPenTest. Deal with them directly. That was the difference be a negative review and a potentially promising Service in the future. **What problems is vPenTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating PenTesting and Security Assessments. **Official Response from Trammie Anderson:** > Thank you so much for your feedback!
