The ability to experiment and optimise without the typical constraints. We were running a fairly standard growth playbook, but knew we were leaving opportunities on the table. The experimentation environment is powerful, but the learning curve is real – it takes a bit of adaptation to shift from traditional channel management to a structured experimentation mindset.
