**What do you like best about Volet.com?**

Platform has been delivering reliable service since 2014 without major issues or outages.

Funds are protected with 2FA and other tools, Volet.com is security and privacy oriented.

Makes crypto payments just as easy to deal with as traditional transfers in online banking.

Dedicated support is really available 24/7 on messengers.

Fees are reasonable and help keep our costs down.

**What do you dislike about Volet.com?**

No mobile app yet.

Would be great to see more traditional features like IBANs, business debit cards etc.

**What problems is Volet.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Banks are not crypto friendly while crypto-only platforms often lack in stability and customer service standards. Volet.com combines the best of both worlds, and we are looking forward to many more years of working together.
