VoiceOrder Solutions Reviews & Product Details

VoiceOrder Solutions is a voice ordering and real-time inventory visibility platform built for small to mid-size food distributors. Independent foodservice distributors and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operators use it to move order intake off phone calls, voicemails and emailed lists and into a mobile app they give to their restaurant and store accounts. Each account gets an app built around its own order guide, carrying the distributor's SKUs and pricing. Customers order by voice, review each line and send. The order reaches the distributor's team digitized, confirmed, numbered and timestamped, in the format the back office already uses: email (PDF, Excel or Word), EDI, API or QuickBooks. Key features: - Voice ordering app for iOS and Android, available 24/7 - Personalized order guide for every customer account - Unique order number, date and timestamp on every order - Auto-save that resumes an interrupted order - Admin platform for accounts, order guides and order history - Real-time inventory visibility tied to order activity - API-ready for food service software platforms Best for: - Independent distributors whose sales reps spend the day fielding order calls - DSD distributors who want order discrepancies caught at the order stage, not at the store door - Food service software platforms adding voice ordering as a native feature VoiceOrder Solutions runs alongside a distributor's existing ERP and inventory system rather than replacing it.
