Seems to be a bit of disconnect between usage meter and the tenant app plugin. Currently having issues allowing mission partners to have access to the tenant app to see there billing via the tenant. **What problems is VMware Cloud Foundation Usage Meter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing on demand or charge back billing.
