VJ Networks Inc Reviews & Provider Details

VJNetworks delivers fully managed IT services to small businesses and municipalities across Rockland, Westchester, and Bergen. We manage your entire technology environment — network, security, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and help desk support — so your team stays productive and your data stays protected. Small businesses in the Tri-State area typically run into one of two IT problems. The first is the one-man shop — one person holding everything together with no documentation, no backup, and no continuity. When that person leaves or misses something critical, the business is exposed. The second is the large, impersonal MSP — you get a ticket number, explain your setup from scratch every time you call, and never speak to the same person twice. VJNetworks sits between those two failure modes. We're big enough to manage enterprise-grade infrastructure and small enough that the same team knows your name, your systems, and your history. When you need support, you hear back within 15 minutes from a real technician who already knows your environment. No queues. No scripts. No starting over. We've been doing this since 2004. 97% of our clients have stayed with us for over 20 years. That's not a coincidence — it's what happens when an IT provider is genuinely built for businesses like yours. Microsoft Partner. Azure certified. HIPAA compliant. Backed by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee — not satisfied, we tear up the contract.
