Vittoria Music Studio Reviews & Product Details

Vittoria Music Studio is studio management software for independent piano and music teachers and small multi-teacher studios, with a free app for every student and family. For the teacher: weekly and every-other-week lessons with make-ups and your own cancellation policy; a time off calendar that emails affected families your open make-up times; lesson notes with voice memos and rhythms; structured assignments that reach the student's phone; every piece tracked from assigned to mastered; theory tests with a gradebook by skill; and tuition — invoices that send themselves, paid by card or bank straight into the studio's own Stripe account, with autopay, reminders, receipts and a year-end spreadsheet. For students: a practice timer tied to the assigned piece, a daily theory warm-up, personal records, and a collection card for every piece the teacher marks mastered. The game layer stays off until the teacher turns it on, and adult students get a plain version. For families: this week's practice, the next lesson, the teacher's notes, invoices and autopay, and messages to the teacher — one view for each child, even across different studios. Built for children's privacy: parent-approved accounts, no third-party trackers or ads in the student experience, no messaging between students, nothing public. Plans: Solo $12/month, Studio $22/month, Pro $39/month; extra teachers $9/month. Students and families are always free. Web app that installs on any phone's home screen.
