"Visualping: The Gold Standard for Real-Time Website Monitoring and Intelligence""
What do you like best about Visualping?

Visualping is incredibly reliable and user-friendly. I love how precisely I can select specific areas of a page to monitor, which prevents 'false alarm' notifications. It has become an essential tool for our team to stay updated without manual checking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

There isn't much to dislike, though the interface can feel a bit crowded once you have dozens of active monitors running. I’d love to see even more advanced filtering or tagging options to help organize large volumes of alerts more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Really appreciate the detailed review!

Great to hear the area selection feature is cutting down on false alarms for your team.

On the interface feeling crowded with lots of monitors, that's fair feedback. One tip that might help in the meantime: you can add tags to your monitoring jobs and then use filters to sort through them. Makes it a lot easier to stay organized when you're running dozens of monitors.

But we're always looking to improve the experience there too, so appreciate you flagging it.

Thanks for being a Visualping user.

"Easy monitoring for website changes, simple to set up"
What do you like best about Visualping?

It is a very nice tool and does what it advertises. Some new features include AI which is (mostly) helpful to give you an idea what has changed on the page. The email notifications with a screenshot are very helpful as well. For what you need it to do, it does well. It seems to navigate around crawler issues fairly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

The pricing is a bit expensive and cheap usage is very limited, so you need to pay to get any kind of decent features. The platform has gradually shifted more features to higher price tiers, and limited the amount of querying you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Hi Josh, thanks for the review. Glad the setup worked well. We're always taking feedback on pricing and usage back to our team.

"Visualping Delivers Instant Alerts for Even the Smallest Page Changes"
What do you like best about Visualping?

I use Visualping to stay up to date with changes on the pages I’m interested in. I like being notified right away whenever something changes, even if it’s very small. I use it every day, and it was easy to set up - just one click for each page I want to monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

Once I figured out how to configure Visualping for each page I monitor, I really didn’t have any downsides to mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the review, Alex. Catching even small changes reliably is a core focus for us, so that's great to hear. If you ever want to explore integrations with Zapier, n8n, webhooks, or AI summaries, we're here to help.

"Effortless Monitoring with Visualping"
What do you like best about Visualping?

I like Visualping because I get updates as soon as there's any changes on the website, so I'm monitoring straight to my inbox. This allows me to review it very quickly and understand clearly if I need to click on the link to check what's changed or if it's relevant or not. It saves me a lot of time and is ultra convenient. Additionally, setting up Visualping was really easy, with very straightforward steps to follow, being very intuitive and no problem at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

Sometimes the initial email can be a little confusing to try and understand what changes have taken place. It's not always clear what changes are reflected on the website versus what's mentioned in the email. The discrepancies may be because manufacturers are constantly changing things, making it hard to fully grasp the detailed analysis of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Appreciate the review, Adrian. Glad Visualping is fitting well into your workflow. If you ever want to further explore more advanced features, such as the included AI-powered change detection or integrations, our team can help you get set up.

"Visualping Makes Monitoring Effortless"
What do you like best about Visualping?

What really stands out is how simple it is to adjust the monitoring frequency to fit my needs. Whether I want to check a page every few hours for time-sensitive updates or scale it back to once a week for less urgent changes, the flexibility is right at my fingertips. The interface makes tweaking these settings quick and intuitive, so I can set it and forget it—confident that I’ll be notified exactly when I want to be. Visualping takes the hassle out of manual checking and makes staying on top of changes effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

One thing I’ve noticed is that it sometimes flags changes that aren’t actually relevant—like minor layout shifts, formatting tweaks, or ads refreshing on the page. These alerts can feel a bit noisy when what I really want is to be notified about meaningful content updates. It’s not a dealbreaker, since the service is still incredibly useful, but it does mean I sometimes have to filter through alerts that don’t matter. A little more precision in what counts as a “change” would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Hello!

Thanks for the thoughtful review. Glad the flexible scheduling fits your workflow.

For noisy alerts, please try our new AI features.

You can tell Visualping which alerts are 'important' and turn on the filter that will only send you Important Alerts, keeping the noise out of your inbox.

Please let us know if you need help finding those features! You can also learn more at visualping.io/ai

"Effortless Change Tracking with Visualping"
What do you like best about Visualping?

I really appreciate how Visualping helps us stay up to date with the changes our competitors are making on their pages. It's an easy way to identify and analyze these changes. The best thing is that it allows us to track different types of changes including textual and visual changes. I also like that we have the flexibility to track changes according to our own frequency and can exclude certain elements on the pages. The initial setup was very easy, and the support team was very helpful during the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

I think there used to be a lot of false changes due to changes in the divs and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thank you so much for your review!

Competitive intelligence is one of the core use cases we're most proud of supporting, so it's great to hear it's delivering value for your team.

You're also right that false positives from dynamic div changes were a real pain point in earlier versions. We've invested a lot in reducing that noise, including better element filtering and smarter change detection, so hopefully you're seeing fewer of those now. If they ever do creep back up, our support team is always happy to help fine-tune your monitors.

Thanks again,

"Effortless price tracking and real-time alerts"
What do you like best about Visualping?

Monitoring price changes in real-time. It allows me to optimize my personal expenses by receiving automatic alerts as soon as an item I want to buy drops in price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

The only minor downside is that the free plan has a limited number of daily checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks, Pablo. Price tracking is one of our most popular use cases, so it's good to hear the alerts are delivering value. Let us know if there's anything we can improve.

"Automated Lookalike Domain Monitoring That Saves SOC Time"
What do you like best about Visualping?

When you’re a large enterprise, there’s always a risk that threat actors will impersonate your domains. There’s often a delay between when they register a lookalike domain and when they start hosting malicious content. Monitoring this manually is a very time-consuming process for the SOC. This tool helps by monitoring the pages and alerting you whenever there’s a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

Easy to use and good value for money. It delivers great savings in operational costs by reducing manual effort. Easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thank you for the review! It's great to hear Visualping is helping your SOC team cut down on manual domain monitoring. We're glad the tool is making that easier and more cost-effective for your team.

"Effortless Website Monitoring with Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Visualping?

I think Visualping is so user-friendly. It's super easy to adjust something or to set it up. Compared to other tools I've seen, it's way more easy to use. The support is great and the integration with Google Sheets is really nice, which gives us an overview of all the things happening. The setup was super easy too, as we could just bulk import the websites we wanted to monitor, and it only took a few hours for the whole setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

I feel like that you can couple or connect Visualping with Google Sheets, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the thoughtful review of Visualping. We appreciate it. Spotting new vacancies on client sites to surface leads is one of

our favourite Visualping plays. Here's the full workflow in case you want to push it further: https://visualping.io/blog/account-expansion-signal-detection

Glad you're also making good use of the Google Sheets integration, too!

"Great Insights with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Visualping?

I like the tagging and the AI-generated recommendations that Visualping offers on what to track. It suggests what to monitor based on the type of page I want to keep an eye on, which opened up some different ideas I hadn't considered, making the tool overall more valuable. Also, the initial setup of Visualping was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

When my trial ended rather than prompting me to upgrade it deleted my workspaces and tagging that I had spent hours creating. That alone almost made me cancel and I am still considering canceling because of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the honest review; we appreciate it.

On the trial expiration, we send email reminders as the trial winds down, plus in-app upgrade prompts, and we wait a full two weeks after expiration before anything is removed. During that window, jobs are paused, but workspaces and tagging stay in place, so an upgrade restores everything as-is. I think these touchpoints weren't helpful here, which is useful for us to look at and review.

If you'd like us to take another look at your account, reach out to support@visualping.io, and we'll be happy to dig in and help however we can.
