I think VisiBuild still has room to improve, especially in areas that matter for day-to-day QA work. For instance, it would be very helpful to duplicate existing completed ITPs while retaining all their information and evidence, and to create or update project templates with attachments included. I'm having some issues with the timestamping and accuracy of when images are taken in Visibuild. We really need that function to be fully operational because it's crucial for ensuring that the imagery is captured on the day of the installation and not potentially falsified or irrelevant to the task at hand. I like how easy it is to keep everything organized and accessible in one place with Visibuild. It simplifies giving project progression reports for our weekly meetings and supports attaching documents and photos to each ITP, making the exporting and filing process much easier for future needs. These features save a lot of time and make tracking what is happening across projects a breeze. One thing that could be improved with Visibuild is the process of exporting ITPs and sharing them with people who don't have access to Visibuild. When we send these documents, external users often have to sign in to Visibuild to view attached documents or photos, which can be inconvenient. They’ve made QA simple, and the UI is clean and easy to use. It integrates seamlessly with our other systems, and we haven't had any issues with it being unavailable. The team at Visibuild are always available to assist with any questions, and it doesn't cost extra like some other systems.
