We have around 500 field engineers who can submit information through forms directly from the field, and it’s instantly available to our internal teams. There’s no waiting for paperwork to come back, no chasing engineers for missing details, and no customers left waiting while we try to figure out what has happened.
The forms are straightforward for engineers to complete on the job, so adoption has been easy. The Visibly team has also been responsive whenever we’ve wanted to change something or add new fields. Offline mode is another big plus: when our engineers are working in areas with poor signal, they’re not stuck waiting around, and Visibly continues to work in the background. Ability for companies and individuals to upload documentation without the need for reminders from us. I really appreciate Visibly for several reasons. The support team is always there when needed, which is amazing. The clean user interface makes tasks straightforward for our employees, which improves their experience using the tool. Additionally, the possibility of integrations is invaluable since we integrate it with our HRIS. Visibly also led an easy initial setup, which was great. Plus, switching from using an inefficient Excel sheet to Visibly has saved our team over 3000 hours, enhancing employee compliance, reporting, and workflows. I really appreciate how the team at Visibly makes everything easy and does all the hard work for us. The product is robust and they can build what we need very fast. The support is also handled quickly, which is a huge plus. I think it's a really good idea and very versatile. The initial setup was extremely easy and fast.
