  ### 1. Not the best solution for Chats

**What do you like best about VirtualSpirits?**

Honestly, I can't find anything outstanding to write here, even the UI and loading components of the main website of the tool are ugly and outdated, maybe the price of 9$ at the point when I was trying to implement can be a little bit juicy, but honestly, I don't see even that amount of value here

**What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits?**

while they claim to be an AI tool, it feels more primitive, as I can set flow which will not be adaptive, I don't see how they handle the edge cases, no demo, and no proper setup instructions, On every page you can read "If you struggle contact to support", I mean at least I need to know how to start to be able to struggle. For example, there is an option that I can give the link to someone, but that functionality cannot be used without contacting the support, I don't know why.

**What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed it to help setup my friends instagram page, which is meant to generate traffic for his photo studio, he has been suggested by someone to use this tool, but it didn't solve the problem as expected as the quality is not on the point

**What do you like best about VirtualSpirits?**

I was able to let VirtualSpirits handle simple conversation and initial frequently asked questions. It helped me for handling more sophisticated customer queries. The preliminary phase of implementing the software was easy to commence.

**What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits?**

VirtualSpirits customization was very much an issue since there were barely many choices to make. One of the main issues I faced was difficulty in managing the interactions of the chatbot in order to provide the company’s brand tone and message.

**What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VirtualSpirits did serve to provide a solution to the initial flood of basic customer queries that would otherwise have diverted my attention from more complex problems. The worst thing about it is the inability to customize its features so that it is fully compatible with other systems and our brand image.

**What do you like best about VirtualSpirits?**

VirtualSpirits enable it to connect to website users and interact with them through chatbots. It was useful for creating a first impression and addressing any immediate concerns.

**What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits?**

It was not efficient to transfer data between the systems and lead information was problematic since it got stranded between different systems. It set me a new speed limit of double-entry work and slowed up my sales.

**What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VirtualSpirits actually did a fair job at starting dialogues with the website visitors, which would be useful in screening prospective customers. These problems of integration erased all these benefits.

**What do you like best about VirtualSpirits?**

Initial dialog templates in VirtualSpirits were useful in handling most customer queries and ease of creating a new conversation flow or structure using the drag-and-drop feature.

**What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits?**

This led me to find the COVID-19 chatbots small in possibilities of customizations. What I left out is the flexibility to freely select the manner that the chatbot speaks.

**What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VirtualSpirits for sure improved the customer support in our company as they were always available for basic questions. The chatbots handled basic inquiries and filtered out genuine prospects, allowing my team to attend to more intricate client relations.
