What do you like best about VCA Software?

It is easy to integrate with our existing billing systems, and we can automate the entire pricing and claims process to reduce a lot of person-hours—excellent UI for better viewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VCA Software?

It is pathetic to upload referral documents related to claims, as the storage is very minimal. Also, the process is more material-oriented meaning, that it is hard or even impossible to make custom decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VCA Software:

It is an excellent tool for startups regarding claims processing, adjustment, and payment releases. Everything can be programmed and automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VCA Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can pre-program the policies towards claims and adjustments so that the software takes care of the entire process. The multi-level supervision and approval chaos can be avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VCA is a easy to use, customizable and maximizes efficiency through a claims process. It allows user to access their files and documents at anytime through a mobile system and offers affordable pricing. It is very user friendly, and is a better way to manage claims.
