What do you like best about VIRNECT?

I have found that real-time remote collaboration tools have benefited my team in reaching out to other employees, especially those located in different part of the world. What do you dislike about VIRNECT?

At this case, if the internet connection is lost or a user loses his or her connection then collaboration sessions are interrupted. It appears that there is no mechanism for performing on a task and then synchronising it at a later stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VIRNECT?

Virnect provides immersive training solutions that allow our employees to learn in a hands-on environment without the risks associated with real-world scenarios. This can lead to better retention of information and information provided within the training.

Virnect also allowed us to track our users progress and performance, allowing us to identify who needed additional support, and analyze training effectiveness. This has lead to us changing how we complete the initial internal training process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VIRNECT?

I appreciate the customization options that Virnect offers, allowing for tailored AR experiences to fit specific industry needs. However, I found the customization process to be quite complex and time-consuming. For teams without strong technical expertise, this could lead to frustration and delays in implementation. Additionally, the lack of sufficient pre-built templates meant we often had to start from scratch, which required more resources than we anticipated. What problems is VIRNECT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Virnect is helping us solve an array of crucial issues within our organization, specifically with training and remote support.

Before using Virnect, our training process was slow and didn’t give employees enough hands-on experience to understand complex tasks.

With Virnect’s AR training solutions, we can now offer realistic simulations that help employees learn better and stay engaged. The remote assistance feature also has allowed our on-site workers to get real-time help from experts, which has allowed us to minimise downtime during maintenance.

This improved training and support not only makes our operations more efficient but also creates a safer workplace, as employees were able to enhance their skills without the risks of real-world consquences. Overall, Virnect has altered how we approach both training and support, allowinng our organization more effective and cost-efficient and therefore be more forward-thinking as a whole. What do you like best about VIRNECT?

The XR solution enables proper communication and visual elements while in real-time checking information in the field. This system allows my teams to share upto date information quickly and easily.
