Their malware scans stand up against competitors. Whether or not they know what they are talking about that is the question! It's a mixed bag as always. **What do you dislike about VIPRE Integrated Email Security?** Simple features like TLD blocking don't exist. TLD blocking is a no brainer but apparently you have to do regex's to do this which is very annoying. It should be a built in clickable feature. I SMH that it doesn't exist which is why I use a different spam filter now. **Recommendations to others considering VIPRE Integrated Email Security:** For "resellers" that don't want to foot the bill for customers you should allow the customers to directly pay. This is why we are going to leave Vipre and use something else. Not onlly is it a commodity and not terribly good without massaging with regex's but you jack up the price and don't pass along our discount when the customer dirctly pays. This is a crap policy! Our sales rep got into an argument with us about it and couldn't do a thing to help which make me think your company is also crap because you give people no flexability, they can't kick anything up the chain and our problem wasn't solved thus you bilked our customer into paying 20% more than they needed to. Therefore, us being a reseller is pointless if all our customers are going to pay RETAIL! **What problems is VIPRE Integrated Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. It is a basic spam filter that we've had to take to the next level with regex's and manual coding within their interface to actually be effective. The archiving feature also works very well. There a nice graphical representation of the "action" being taken by Vipre. **What do you dislike about VIPRE Integrated Email Security?** I haven't found anything that I don't like with Vipre Email Security. I have tried APP River and Barracuda and evaluated them compared to Vipre. Vipre can email you multiple times during the day letting you know what has been filtered out. This a great product. **Recommendations to others considering VIPRE Integrated Email Security:** Try other products for a week or two and you will find you like Vipre better and you'll be glad you tried it. **What problems is VIPRE Integrated Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are definitely stopping a lot of SPAM. The end users can "customize" the SPAM filter and allow/release filter items quickly and easily. Vipre Email Security also categorizes SPAM, so you can see the threat that was stopped. ### 24.
