Users can elect to use Viewpoint Web - the newly released web-based version that offers the intuitive simplicity most legal practitioners desire or the traditional desktop version if you're a creature of habit. So one user can be in Viewpoint Web and the another in desktop and the work product syncs the same (unlike Relativity and RelOne) - the power to choose is yours. **What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics?** I do not like that it is not marketed very well by Conduent. It is an excellent platform with extremely powerful features, especially with the addition of Viewpoint Web which was needed to modernize the user interface, but it isn't thrown into the spotlight often enough. **What problems is Viewpoint Integrated Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can establish entire review strategies and workflows around the analytics, whereas other products may simply identify groups of emails related or documents textually similar. It offers the opportunity to really slice up a data set to ensure optimal efficiency is achieved. ### 2. It helped us manage compliance and investigations. **What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics?** Nothing is unlikable about this at all. **What problems is Viewpoint Integrated Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us get jobs done in time. It allowed us process large amounts of data without delay. ### 3. Also the support team doesn't really know how to troubleshoot and provide work arounds, so your employees need to be resourceful. I am not able to answer any of the pricing questions as we have signed a confidentiality agreement with respect to pricing. **What problems is Viewpoint Integrated Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost is high for this software, as such we switching to new software. Also, the company is not providing many upgrades to improve the software. ### 4. The various graphs and chart generator by the software come in handy...if for no other reason because it saves time (you can just look at the graph and know a doc count and percentage). And from what I can observe, they have better customer support. **What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics?** But frankly, it can't do anything that Relativity can't do (or at least, none that I saw in my experience). And it is far less user friendly with a much higher learning curve. If you have Relativity, you essentially have a much better version of Viewpoint. And if you have Relativity with Brainspace, you're golden. I admit my exposure to this software is limited...but since Relativity is a viable option that, there is no way I'd recommend Viewpoint over that. **Recommendations to others considering Viewpoint Integrated Analytics:** Relativity is your best bet. If you absolutely must pick Viewpoint, you'll be fine ad get everything done. I also like how many options are available to view at once about a set of documents, i.e. file type, who has tagged the document, what types of tags the document has, the date it was reviewed, the date it was created, etc. **What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics?** It isn't very intuitive to use, i.e. search, sorting, etc. I had to have short training on how to use pretty much any feature. It also works very slowly and often freezes. I also feel that the search function could be improved. I'm not aware of a function in which you can save the title of searches in a specific place, when you run a search it is slow and often saves to a weird or random location which makes it really hard to find again. I also just think the search panel/feature is just very confusing. As I mentioned before, nothing is very intuitive in Viewpoint and the search feature is definitely a good example of how the entire program could be improved. **Recommendations to others considering Viewpoint Integrated Analytics:** Receive a significant amount of training on the product before actually using it, since the features are not very intuitive. **What problems is Viewpoint Integrated Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** My firm uses Viewpoint for litigation purposes and to solve the problem of effectively handling very large amounts of documents that need to be reviewed. Viewpoint helps to organize, sort and efficiently review documents produced in litigation. ### 8. It wastes a ton of attorney time given how slow, choppy, and difficult the platform is to use. ### 9. I feel like I'm always calling our Viewpoint specialist and bothering her with questions about how to do things, because I know it has the functionality, I just can't remember how to do everything. **Recommendations to others considering Viewpoint Integrated Analytics:** Pay attention to any training you get before using. There are so many features that are great. **What problems is Viewpoint Integrated Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Viewpoint as an attorney with discovery. It is efficient, cost effective because of the time you save on doc review. ### 10.
