I have a massive collection of offline songs, which increases the size of the app up to 1 GB, which is quite high, in my opinion, since the option to turn off song detection/scanning is not provided. Nice app. The only app I used for as long as I can remember but there is a lot to improve. The most annoying thing is when u r watching a movie with subtitles and turn your screen ratio to match the screen ratio (fit screen), then subtitles won't shift upward and you can't see them. I appreciate the functionality and versatility of VLC. What do you dislike about VideoLan? I find that the user interface could be improved on the Windows system, but it caught up on Mac OS. The design looks outdated and lacks a modern touch, which can be off-putting to users expecting a more visually appealing experience. Also, occasional glitches and compatibility issues with specific file formats have been a source of frustration for me. While VLC is undeniably valuable as a free and open-source media player, there are areas where it could benefit from further development to improve the overall user experience.
