VideoHive Reviews & Product Details

The amount of content is enormous. AEP projects can be very detailed and save a lot of work. Prices usually are quite reasonable. The Envato Elements subscription gives you access to lots of VideoHive resources with just one payment, very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recorded footage is not the best you can get in a video library, although the price is obviously quite cheaper than other video banks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video hive has one of the larger libraries of easy to use transitions, graphic libraries, photo, video and photo, editors, and a number of other tools that I have not used yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to use. It was a little bit pricey for the small projects that I've used to four but as I use it for more projects to Costco, go down as I reuse the same transitions, different graphics, and photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently used VideoHive for royalty-free videos and was impressed with the range of choices available. The quality of the videos and templates was excellent, and I felt confident that my project would look professional. The effects and stock footage were also top-notch, making it easy to customise my project. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of royalty-free videos, video templates, stock footage and effects it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently purchased a set of templates and found that they require quite a bit of technical expertise to edit. Each template has its tutorial to follow, making it difficult to find a universal workflow. Additionally, the editing software is quite intensive, taking up lots of disk space and CPU power. Overall, this product is not the most user-friendly but is suitable for those with technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Videohive offers a wide variety of video templates, stock footage and After Effects projects to choose from. The designs are modern and stylish, and the templates can be easily edited to suit individual needs. The library is regularly updated with new content, and it has something for everyone - whether you need an intro, transition, or motion graphics template. What's more, Videohive also offers affordable prices for premium files, which makes it a great resource for any budget. Additionally, the customer service team at Videohive is extremely helpful and attentive; they respond quickly to any queries or questions that I have. They also have a range of tutorials available on their website which are very useful when I am stuck on something or need guidance with editing my project. Overall, I think Videohive has a great selection of visuals and assets that can be used to make creative videos that stand out from the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I dislike about Videohive is its lack of customer support. Many times, customers are left confused and frustrated as they attempt to navigate their way through a project or issue with no help from the Videohive team. Although they do offer an online forum where users can ask questions, it can often be difficult to find answers and assistance in a timely manner. Additionally, customer service inquiries made via email are rarely responded to in a helpful or satisfactory way. Another issue I have with Videohive is that their products are often overpriced. Many of their templates and projects cost significantly more than similar items on other sites, yet don't offer any added value for the extra money paid. This can make it difficult for those on tight budgets to benefit from the services provided by Videohive without spending too much money. Finally, Videohive's website design could use an update. It has remained relatively unchanged for years, which makes it difficult to properly navigate and find what you're looking for quickly and efficiently. They also lack features like user profiles, ratings systems, comments sections, customer reviews and more that could potentially give customers an easier time locating suitable projects for them. It's slightly competitive compared to the available options in the market. Additionally, some tutorials could be provided for budding designers and creative people so they could be aware of the features that VideoHive entails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Videohive has a huge variety of footage that offers excellent flexibility when adding to projects. The video footage is great quality and definitely delivers a fantastic experience when adding to projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website is a little overwhelming with all of the footage available which is understandable when there is just so much! their filter systems and search function does negate this downside as it often delivers the correct footage required each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite the low volume, the templates for Resolve and FCP are very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform could do with more assets for Resolve and FCP. Most of what's there is for Adobe Suite users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of options in some plugins to register in various computers. Some are for just one license on one machine, is better to have a volume license or something alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
