What we like most about VIBE Incentives is how it makes recognition fun, engaging, and motivating. The rewards system is straightforward, the platform is easy to navigate, and it promotes friendly competition while celebrating recognitions in real time.

The interactive nature of the platform also provides employees with a central hub to access important communications, incentive details, and program updates. The seamless integration between sales data and daily incentive updates gives users timely visibility into their performance and progress.

Additionally, the VIBE support team is consistently responsive and readily available whenever assistance is needed, helping to ensure a positive and reliable experience for all users.

**What do you dislike about VIBE Incentives?**

While VIBE Incentives is a strong platform overall, there are opportunities to enhance the user experience. Some incentive structures can be complex; VIBE seems restricted in certain aspects from delivering complex incentives to users. Additional customization options for reporting and dashboards would also help users better track their progress and performance.

At times, there can be a delay between sales activity and incentive updates, which may cause some confusion when tracking results. Expanding self-service resources and providing more visibility into incentive calculations could further improve transparency and the overall user experience.

Would like to see some more AI involvement in the platform and provide users with some new AI-enhanced options.

on our end -we need to find a better way to integrate the program from our b2b site which vibe is very keen in helping us integrate, agents want immediate access to reminders, motivators to get them to the next level and grateful to have that connection with them

they track all of it - help with T4s and manage with reports and ease of access to help us identify multiple factors
