Vertical Projects Reviews & Product Details

Vertical Projects is bid and proposal management software designed to streamline construction bidding and project execution. It helps estimators and project managers track bid opportunities, generate proposals, collect subcontractor bids, and level project scopes. A bid calendar view shows the pipeline with color-coded status indicators and milestones. Users can email bid invites directly to the system, which auto-generates bids and assigns or creates contractors and contacts. The platform integrates bid pursuit and project execution, removing the need for multiple tools. An upcoming Project Management Module will carry projects from award to closeout without re-entering data. Features include schedule tracking, daily logs, RFI and submittal management, budget tracking, subcontractor coordination, and document control. Accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile, it provides real-time visibility into bids and project progress.
