# Vergel Reviews & Product Details

Vergel is a school management platform for curriculum planning, assessment, reporting, and parent communication. It consolidates teaching functions, enabling teachers to plan curriculum, track attendance, document assessments, create report cards, and communicate with parents without duplicating data. Curriculum plans integrate into lesson logs, assessments, and reports automatically. Features include grading tools, report card generation, attendance tracking, homework management, student portfolios, safeguarding documentation, timetables, substitute teacher cover, awards, and announcements. The parent portal provides read-only access to timetables, homework, attendance, awards, calendars, and updates via email code authentication. Schools can customize features and integrate with Google Workspace for directory sync and email. Setup includes preset configurations for educational frameworks and bulk data imports through CSV files.
