The best Australian domain registrar! I've had about 10 domains registered with them. I moved all my older domains from Crazy Domains to them as the prices are usually better and they are Australian-owned. It was very easy to move to them. I know how to do it myself now, but when I had a problem their customer service was great and walked me though it through live chat. They also regulalry offer discounts on hosting, email and other services, but so far I'm only using them for domain regsitration. All my future domain names will be with them. Highly recommended! When you move a domain over from another provider, they say they will take into consideration the time you've already paid for to the previous provider, so if you still have a month left for example, they will honour that month and bill you when the next 12 months of registration start, but in practice that has never happened. I've always been billed instantly with no additional time added. Even asked for help on the chat and phone and they couldn't help me. I have now learnt to only move it over one day before it expires. Have found some inconsistencies with their VPS hosting, so now stick with just using their other hosting and domain products. Also, their dashboard doesn't allow multiple users, so there is currently no way to give a developer access to tech support without giving that developer access to the entire account.
