## About Velyr
Velyr is an AI growth agent built for Shopify stores and direct-to-consumer brands that want to increase revenue without hiring a conversion rate optimization agency. Most Shopify merchants and DTC brands know they are losing sales somewhere in their funnel, but they do not know exactly where, and they do not have the time or technical resources to fix it. Velyr solves both problems automatically. Velyr connects to your store in two ways: directly to your Shopify theme via Shopify's authenticated API, or to your GitHub repository if your storefront is built on a custom stack. It also connects to your PostHog analytics account to analyze traffic patterns, bounce rates, scroll depth, click behavior, and checkout drop-off data, pinpointing the exact pages and UI elements where visitors leave without converting. Once it identifies the highest-impact issue, it writes the fix in Liquid, CSS, or JavaScript and proposes it for deployment. Every change goes through a Telegram-based approval flow: you receive a plain-language summary of what Velyr wants to change and why, and you approve or reject it with a single reply. Nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off. If an approved change ever negatively impacts performance, Velyr automatically rolls it back. For Shopify users, Velyr holds a Protected Scope Exemption for direct theme writes. Fixes are applied as a staged theme change in your Shopify admin, ready for you to review and publish. For GitHub users, Velyr opens a Pull Request with the proposed change, which you merge after approval. Key capabilities include automated conversion drop-off detection via PostHog analytics, AI-generated Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript fixes scoped to your codebase, direct Shopify theme deployment or GitHub Pull Request workflow, a Telegram approval flow for every change, automatic rollback on performance degradation, and PostHog analytics injection for stores without existing tracking.
