Vellops Reviews & Product Details

Vellops is a service designed to help local professionals, such as plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, and dentists, manage missed customer calls effectively. When these professionals are occupied—whether on a job, under a sink, or on a roof—they often miss incoming calls. Vellops addresses this issue by automatically sending a text message to every missed caller within a minute, answering their questions, and booking appointments directly into the professional's calendar, even during off-hours like 2 a.m. The core features of Vellops include: - **Automated Text Responses**: Every missed call triggers an automatic, personalized text message from the business, ensuring prompt engagement with potential customers. - **24/7 Availability**: The system operates around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that no customer inquiry goes unanswered. - **AI-Powered Booking Assistant**: Vellops is configured with the business's services, operating area, and hours. It qualifies callers, answers common questions, and books appointments directly into the professional's calendar. - **Urgent Lead Alerts**: For critical issues like "no heat," "water leaking," or "locked out," the system immediately notifies the business owner, allowing for swift action. - **Monthly Performance Reports**: Vellops provides plain-English reports detailing response times, conversations handled, jobs booked, and estimated recovered revenue, offering clear insights into the system's impact. - **Carrier-Compliant Messaging Setup**: The service ensures proper registration for business messaging, including opt-out handling and consent setup, adhering to carrier compliance standards. Vellops is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows without requiring additional staff or changes to current operations. The system is built, tested, and maintained by Vellops, with the business owner only needing to approve the messaging before going live. This approach allows professionals to focus on their work without worrying about missed opportunities, as Vellops ensures that every potential customer is promptly engaged and scheduled. By implementing Vellops, local service providers can enhance customer satisfaction, increase booking rates, and ultimately boost their revenue by capturing leads that might have otherwise been lost due to missed calls.
