They can provide clarity around how to optimize business processes, using systems and technology to track and measure success. **What problems is VectorX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We launched our SF org instance in 2019, and VectorX has been on this journey since then. The journey includes out of the box functionaility + customization + evergreen enhancements and bugs/fixes. Our AF instance continues to evolve and we are grateful to have the Vx team by our side providing guidance, advice, support and expertise around SF, as well as our many other integrations. ### 4. They are incredibly responsive to our organization's needs and will suggest options or best practices to ensure the end result is the best fit for our organization. I look forward to working with them on each project. **What problems is VectorX solving and how is that benefiting you?** VectorX is helping with building/configuration of our Salesforce instance. They make implementation super easy. They have extensive technical knowledge and a wide range of experience from working with past partners. The solutions they present are elegant and logical on the technical side and encourage better business processes. Each one of the team members I have experience with at VectorX is extremely knowledgeable and their skills complement one another. They helped revamp our processes along the way with very sound advice and set up our Salesforce org to help scale our recruitment and onboarding efforts. **What do you dislike about VectorX?** I can't say anything negative about our experience. The team was very communicative throughout the whole process. **What problems is VectorX solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping stand up new Salesforce orgs and revamp old ones that weren't built properly or have aged poorly. Their support services are also priceless.
